1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TooFonts (toofonts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our tools.

2. Intellectual Property & Commercial License for Generated Text

Generated Unicode Text: Characters produced by our Font Generator and Cursive Styler utilize public Unicode standards (such as Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols and combining diacritics). You are granted an unconditional, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, publish, modify, and distribute any text generated on TooFonts for both personal and commercial purposes (including logos, branding, product packaging, social media marketing, and digital publications).

3. Typography & Font Catalog Licensing

Fonts showcased and cataloged in the Fonts Directory are distributed under their respective creator licenses (most commonly the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or Apache 2.0).

• You may use OFL fonts for commercial web design, print materials, software interfaces, and logos.
• You may not sell the font files themselves as standalone products.
• Please check each font's specific license page for exact author attribution requirements.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TooFonts to:

• Generate content that promotes harassment, hate speech, illegal acts, or violates applicable local or international laws.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or crawlers that flood our servers or interfere with site availability.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or disrupt our security architecture.

5. Third-Party Trademarks & Platform Disclaimers

"Instagram", "TikTok", "Snapchat", "Twitter", "X", and "Discord" are registered trademarks of their respective parent entities. TooFonts is an independent web application and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, ByteDance, Snap Inc., X Corp., or Discord Inc. Mockups are provided strictly for visual design reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TooFonts is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and universal Unicode compatibility, character appearance may vary depending on individual device operating systems and app font renderers.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TooFonts, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TooFonts after any revisions represents acceptance of the amended terms.
